How it runs
Readers propose and vote on scoring rules. A new or replacement rule takes effect at 1,000 votes and 90% up. Dropping a rule takes 1,000 votes and over 50% drop. Then a 24-hour wait.
An AI scores each checkable claim against a source under those rules. The percent and tier are that tally. Same test for every name. Board slot after 10 scored claims.
